12 – 9 months before
Choose the season & hold the date
- Pick your season around Danang's weather (dry season, March – August)
- Settle guest numbers to pick the right hall: ICP up to 500, Ariyana up to 2,500
- Visit in person and hold the hall or the beach aisle

9 – 6 months before
Confirm the spaces & the rooms
- Sign the venue contract with a wet-weather alternative written in
- Block rooms and villas as a group for both families
- Book the photography crew and the pre-wedding shoot on the grounds

6 – 3 months before
Menu & experiences
- Attend the tasting and confirm the menu (check net versus ++)
- Settle the decor concept for the ceremony and the reception
- Send invitations with travel and accommodation notes for distant guests

3 – 1 months before
Finish the details
- Confirm the final guest count against the contract minimum
- Settle the seating plan and the run of show with the venue
- Book beauty appointments: the Bridal Glow ritual at V-Senses Spa

The final week
Arrive in Danang early
- Come two or three days ahead: fittings, steaming the ao dai
- Rehearse the ceremony at the aisle with the crew and your family
- Hand the ceremonial trays and offerings to the events team

The day itself
Be there for it
- Hand all coordination to the venue's wedding planner
- Keep the golden hour, 16:00 – 18:00, for the ceremony and outdoor photographs
