A Danang Wedding Budget: How to Split the Money

Knowing the price of a table is not enough — what decides the outcome is the ratio in which you split the total across reception, ceremony, photography and contingency.

The range for a beach ceremony in central Vietnam is wide — from around VND 70 million for an intimate ceremony to over VND 300 million for an elaborately staged one, before any catering. The exact figure depends on guest numbers and the level of decor, so do not begin with the question "how much does a Danang wedding cost"; begin with your guest count and the minimum spend of the hall you have in mind.

A starting allocation many couples use: reception and beverages around 50% of the total, ceremony and decor 15 – 20%, photography and video 10%, outfits and beauty 10%, with the remaining 10% for accommodation, transport and contingency. The contingency is not optional for an outdoor wedding in central Vietnam — it is exactly the money that buys plan B when the weather changes its mind.

Apply the published local figures to see how a budget forms: Furama Resort banquet menus from VND 490,000 net per guest for 400 guests or more; Ariyana Convention Centre from VND 699,000++ per guest for 500 guests or more. The ceremony is priced separately — a Furama beach ceremony from VND 49,500,000++, a ceremony at Ariyana Beach Garden from VND 42,000,000++. Both include a honeymoon night at Furama Resort. When comparing quotes, always convert "++" to a final price and add all three lines — ceremony, reception and accommodation — before settling on a total.
