Cham–Indochinese architecture, a lagoon, tropical gardens and the sea — a shooting route that needs no car at all.

One afternoon inside the Furama – Ariyana complex can replace a whole day driving around the city for locations: timber colonnades and brown Cham–Indochinese roof tiles for nostalgic frames, the reflecting freshwater lagoon for fine-art shots, tropical gardens for cool green tones, and the sands of Bac My An for the sunset sequence.

A suggested light route: begin at 15:00 in the covered colonnades (harsh sun is not a problem there), move to the gardens and lagoon at 16:00 as the light starts to rake, and give 17:00 – 18:00 entirely to the sea. Change outfits only once, before the beach sequence, to save time.

On procedure, resorts ask you to register your photography crew before entering the grounds — usually free, or a token fee if you are staying there. Ask as well about a changing room and buggy transfers: two small details that decide whether the whole shoot makes the golden hour.
