A quick rule: a round-table reception needs about 1.2 – 1.5 m² per guest once you subtract the stage and the walkways. The Danang Grand Ballroom at the International Convention Palace (ICP) covers 774 m² and seats up to 500 guests — comfortable for one family's large wedding. The Grand Ballroom at Ariyana Convention Centre covers 2,079 m², pillarless, with capacity up to 2,500 — a hall for weddings of rare scale, or corporate events.
Ceiling height bears directly on the stage and screens: the Danang Ballroom's 5.5 m ceiling is enough for an LED wall and a standard lighting rig; Ariyana's 9 m ceiling allows a central stage, large-format screens and rigged effects.
Do not overlook how the room divides: the Danang Ballroom splits into three sections, Ariyana's hall into four independent halls. A reception of 300 guests in one well-sized section always feels warmer than 300 guests lost in a hall built for 2,000 — and it costs less, too.
