You need to register with the resort in advance — don't just walk your crew in. We stayed one night, so we got a changing room and a buggy between locations; we shot from the Indochinese colonnades all the way to the beach and still made golden hour.

From experience: start in the covered colonnades while the sun is still harsh, the lagoon around 16:00, and save the beach for 17:00 onwards. One afternoon covers five or six settings.
