Flavours of the Day — Dining at Furama

Furama positions itself as Vietnam's culinary heritage resort, and this lunch is the most direct way to test that claim: a tasting journey across the resort's restaurants, from the Asian–Indochinese character of Café Indochine to the central Vietnamese specialities of Danaksara.

The executive chef and the banquet team will show you how to pair a menu: refined Vietnamese dishes for the family rite and the family lunch, seafood and European courses — from the Italian Don Cipriani's to The Fan steakhouse — for the evening reception.
