With a guest list touching 480, Thao Vy and Trung Hieu needed a hall that fitted rather than one that sprawled — the 774 m² Danang Grand Ballroom at the International Convention Palace was very nearly the only answer in Danang.

The 42-metre foyer became a wedding-photograph gallery and a welcome area, solving the problem of 480 people arriving at once before the doors opened.

The reception ran in ivory and antique gold with an LED wall across the stage; the champagne-tower ritual was moved to the centre of the room so every table could see it without a secondary screen.
