Dining at Furama

Food is Furama's identity — the resort calls itself a culinary heritage resort, with seven restaurants and bars: Café Indochine (Asian–Indochinese), Danaksara (central Vietnamese), Don Cipriani's (Italian), The Fan steakhouse, V-Senses Café (northern Vietnamese), Tàya House for private events and the Lagoon Bar by the water.

For a wedding, the kitchen builds the menu around the story of two families: refined Vietnamese dishes for the ancestral rite, a combined Asian–European menu for the evening reception — all of it tasted with the executive chef before anything is signed.
